Chocolate Pot, Louis XVI style, France, circa 1900, plain silver and Ivory

🇬🇧Lovely chocolate pot or coffee pot with side handle in plain silver (950 %) and ivory. It is richly decorated in the Louis XVI style and is almost a perfect replica of the tripod jugs of the eighteenth century. The quality of the cast décorations is perfect and of the highest standards. The weight is quite significant for its size.
The ivory handle is in perfect condition and can be unscrewed.

Elle est richement décorée dans le style Louis XVI et est presqu'une réplique parfaite des verseuses tripodes du dix-huitième siècle. La qualité de la ciselure est parfaite et le poids est assez important pour sa taille. L'anse en ivoire est en parfait état et est devissable.
