Beaker, Louis XVI, Paris, 1782, sterling silver

🇬🇧 Lovely tulip gobelet on a cast silver foot. The entire cup is delicately engraved with stylized plant motifs in a refined play of matt and shiny.
The engraving is in very nice condition and is not worn or faded at all. Hallmark of the city of Paris and date letter T crowned for 1782

🇫🇷 Ravissante timbale tulipe sur pied douche en argent fondu décoré d'oves. La totalité de la coupe est délicatement gravée de motifs végétaux stylisés dans un jeu raffiné de mat et brillant.
La gravure est en très bel état et n'est pas usée ou effacée.
Poincon de la ville Paris et lettre date T couronné pour 1782.

🇳🇱Tulpvormige beker. De hele beker is subtiel gegraveerd met gestileerde plantenmotieven in een verfijnd spel van mat en glanzend. De gravure is in zeer goede staat en is nog versleten nog vervaagd. Keurmerk van de stad Parijs en letter T datum gekroond voor 1782.
